Laws Of Forgiveness
"For over 20 years, a warlord kidnaps children, forcing them to be soldiers or sex slaves." This sentence applies to the tyrant leader of LRA, Joseph Kony. I chose this example from the handout because it is especially terrible and is the worst situation explained on the paper, therefore it strengthens my answer whether or not the listed acts deserve forgiveness. My answer to all these questions was "yes." I answer this way because the Bible explains that we are to forgive all men if we expect to be forgiven, and that God will judge everyone according to their actions. It is not my position to convict those who have done wrong, for I myself have done wrong, and it does not matter to what degree of extremity a person practices foul things I must forgive because I have been instructed to forgive all who have committed evil deeds.
